preheat oven to 450 degrees. combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices. Beat well. Blend in pumpkin and evaporated milk. beat well. Pour into (2) pie shells. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees for another 45-50 minutes. Five minutes before removing from oven, make a cross in the middle of each pie. Remove from oven when the pies are no longer liquid in the middle. Let cool before serving.
