Delicious Smoked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 ct young chinkens
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp parsley

Directions

  1. Thoroughly clean both young chickens with cold water.
  2. Cover the chickens with the olive oil. I recommend using gloves.
  3. Mix the salt, paprika, and minced garlic into a bowl. Then cover the chickens evenly with the rub.
  4. Refrigerate over night or a minimum of 6 hours.
  5. Preheat smoker to 275 degrees fahrenheit, place chickens breast side up and cook for 4 hours. If the skin looks too crispy around 3 hours in cover with foil, if it is not crispy enough brush with more olive oil.
